Our Courses
Our courses at Traditional Archers Singapore aims to provide participants a complete end to end experience and development in traditional archery. The journey with Traditional Archers Singapore is divided into 8 progressive levels.
Participants first begin by mastering the Asiatic thumbdraw and basic stances. Then as the participants progress they will be exposed to increasing distances.
With Traditional Archery Singapore, increasing distances are not the only challenge. Being historical traditional archery enthusiasts, we also aim to provide a similar experience for our participants. As such, our participants can expect to experience traditional archery games such as dynamic archery, flight archery and a wide range of historical and 3D targets. In time to come we hope to also offer horseback archery to our participants.
We offer classes for children (6 to 12), youth (12-16) and adults (17 and above).

More than just archeryTraditional Archers Singapore aims not only to develop our participants as archers but also to expose them to the whole range of experience one could have in traditional archery. As such our courses, at a more advanced level, participants will be guided to craft their own arrows out of natural materials. Participants can also learn to craft their own archery accessories such as their own personal thumbrings and leather quivers.

Happy People
Having been with the club for a few years now, I've progressively learnt a lot of new skills and refined my techniques in order to be a better archer. TAS offers many things which has resonated with me to train physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. The feeling, the company, the moment. It's all on target! |
